The Powell-Peralta Dragons Ratbone II is a revolutionary hybrid wheel that combines the legendary "Ratbone" shape of the 1980s with the groundbreaking Dragon Formula (DF) urethane. This 95a durometer version is designed to be the "all-terrain" kingoffering the speed and slide of a hard wheel on smooth concrete, while absorbing the chatter and vibration of crusty streets like a soft cruiser wheel.
