The Powell-Peralta Dragons Ratbone II is a revolutionary hybrid wheel that combines the legendary "Ratbone" shape of the 1980s with the groundbreaking Dragon Formula (DF) urethane. This 95a durometer version is designed to be the "all-terrain" kingoffering the speed and slide of a hard wheel on smooth concrete, while absorbing the chatter and vibration of crusty streets like a soft cruiser wheel.

Dragon Formula (DF) Urethane: A proprietary high-rebound compound that allows the wheel to roll over cracks and rough pavement with the ease of a 78a wheel, yet slides as predictably as a 99a101a wheel.
Classic Ratbone II Shape: Features a wide, conical-style profile with a flat side and a generous contact patch, providing superior stability and "locked-in" feel on rails and coping.
Versatile 95a Durometer: The "Goldilocks" of hardnesssoft enough to kill road noise and maintain grip on dusty pavement, but hard enough to prevent "flat-spotting" during technical slides.
58mm Diameter: A beefy, mid-to-large size that excels at maintaining momentum in bowls and transition, while providing the clearance needed to roll over debris during urban commutes.
High Rebound & Speed: Despite the lower durometer, the Dragon Formula is incredibly fast, outperforming many harder wheels on rough surfaces where standard "pro" wheels would bounce and lose speed.
