First check your (spam) mailbox and see if we've tried to contact you. If you do not find an email from us here, please use the track and trace code you received by email to check the status of your package on the DHL, UPS or DPD website for more information. Please contact us if the package does not seem to be moving.

In case your package was lost during shipment, please contact the delivery service. Please also contact our customer service team so that we can sort things out further for you with the delivery service.

When your package has been returned to the sender, you can contact info@sickboards.nl. We will investigate what happened to your package.

If you are a customer located within the European Union, you do not owe any additional duties or import taxes on your order. The prices listed on our website include all relevant taxes and duties.

Please note that this arrangement only applies to customers within the European Union. Customers located outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other fees upon delivery of their order. We recommend checking with your local postal service.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, a 20% VAT will be applied on orders over £135 (approximately €155). Any additional costs such as duties and processing fees are also the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Orders under £135 are inclusive of VAT.

To avoid high shipping costs, we recommend having your order delivered to someone on the mainland and having them forward the package to you.

Orders placed within the Benelux before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. Delivery for the rest of Europe takes approximately 3 to 6 working days. Delivery for countries outside Europe takes a week or longer. For more information, please refer to the image below.

We ship worldwide. However, there are some islands where exceptions apply or shipping costs are very high. You can find information on how to avoid these high costs here.
