Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number for your purchase.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Online orders can be picked up for free in our store. To do so, choose the shipping method "Pick up at Sickboardshop" during checkout and complete the order. Once we receive the order, we will begin collecting your products. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are often ready the same day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation to pick it up at our store.

Our store is open on weekdays from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Deviating opening hours due to holidays are listed on the website under "Shop".

Check if we tried to contact you, by looking in your email box (also junk mail). You can also Track and Trace your package on the UPS website for further details using the code when sent you by email.

If you are a customer located within the European Union, you will not be required to pay any additional fees or import costs on your order. The prices listed on our website include all relevant taxes and duties. 

Please note that this policy only applies to customers within the European Union. Customers located outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other fees upon delivery of their order. We advise you to check this with your local postal service. 

For orders shipped to the UK, a 20% VAT will be applied to orders over £135 (approx. €155). Any additional costs such as duties and handling fees will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be payable upon delivery. Orders under £135 will have the VAT included in the price.

The product you buy are covered by manufacture warranty.

However, user damage is not covered by the warranty. We cannot refund any money if our products are handled incorrectly.

In case of damage during the shipping, we will compensate you.

We sometimes encounter problems with shipping to an island.

Usually the best way is to have it ship to someone in the mainland, and they have it shipped to you.

If you have more questions regarding this, you can get in contact with our Customer Service, and we will help you out figuring what the best action is.

If you Order In the Benelux before 16:00 it will arrive the next business day , for the rest of Europe 3 to 6 days check the shipping folder, for the rest of the world it takes a week or longer.

We do mostly ship worldwide. There might be some exceptions for some islands.

Yes, shipping to a different address than the billing address is possible. In the check-out section you can add different addresses and choose which one you would like your item to be shippedto.

In case you filed in the wrong address get in contact with us at info@sickboards.nl as soon as possible to have it changed. 

Try to get in contact with UPS and email us at info@sickboards.nl explaining the case. We will also get in contact with UPS to take all the action needed to solve the case.

Yes you can! Therefore, you have to log into our website. Then you can click on your name in the top right-hand corner. Here you will find the button 'order history and details'. There you can find the order history and also the status of the order. 

There are multiple ways to change your shipping address.

  1. Log-in to your Sickboards account. In the dashboard choose for addresses. Click on create a new address to add an address.
  2. While making your order, on checkout on step two (addresses), you can add a new address and/or choose a different billing/shipping address.
