When you purchased a voucher you will receive a code.
In the cart section, below the total of the price, there is a question asking you if you have a voucher code.
Click on it and insert your code to use the voucher.
It is not possible to pay at the arrival of the item or use after-pay.
The item will only be delivered once we receive the payment.

Yes, it is possible to use a voucher partially.
You can use the voucher for a smaller purchase than the voucher amount.
The credit will stay in the voucher, and you can re-use it with the code it will provide you after using it for your purchase.
You can find this code also in your account.
We do not take pre-orders at the moment.
It can happen that there is an error after paying.
If this happens, check your account to see if you got charged.
