.Withdrawal Policy
Return of Products:
After purchasing our products, you have the option to cancel your order within 100 days without providing any reasons. The cooling-off period begins the day after you receive the product or when a designated representative receives it on your behalf.
During this cooling-off period, please handle the product and packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine if you wish to keep it, without causing any damage. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories in its original condition and packaging, following the clear instructions provided by us.
Please use this form when returning a product.
Specifically:
- Product boxes should not be damaged or sealed with tape and should be suitable for resale.
- Tags should remain attached to the product.
- All items, including extra padding and manuals, must be included.
- Gifts such as T-shirts or stickers must also be returned, or their resale value will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To initiate the withdrawal process, you (the customer) must notify us (Sickboards) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, which can be sent via post or email.
Costs of Withdrawal:
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund only the amount paid for the products returned. In the event of an exchange, you will only need to cover the shipping cost to return the product to us. Shipping back to you will be free within the Benelux and Germany; however, outside these regions, all fees will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund your payment as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return. Refunds will be issued via wire transfer for all payment methods except PayPal or Credit Card, which will be refunded directly to your PayPal account or Credit Card. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal:
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if the entrepreneur has clearly mentioned this, in any case, before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for the following products:
- Custom-made boards and/or grip jobs
- Magazines
- DVDs where the consumer has broken the seal.
