Returns & Exchanges
After purchasing products, the consumer has a reflection period of 100 days. During this period, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons. The cooling-off period starts on the day the consumer receives the package.
Complete this form to return or exchange products. You can add this form to the package or email it to email@example.com. Then send the package to the address below with a delivery service of your choice. Once we have received the product, the money will be refunded to your account. This can take 1 to 5 business days.
The shipping costs for returning products are for the consumer's own account. If you want to exchange a product, the new products will be sent to you free of charge.

Important requirements for returning products:
- The returned products must be in the original condition in which you received them, without any signs of use (this also includes the assembly of products). The products must be returned with the original packaging intact.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you (the customer) must inform us (Sickboards) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
- During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it. The consumer must return the product, with all accompanying accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to the company.
Did you receive a different product than you ordered or is the product damaged/defective? Then please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, send us photos of the (damaged) products you received.
Once we have received the products you have returned, we will refund the money. This can take 1 to 5 business days.
