Baifo: PRO-GOFIO 79mm DOWNHILL WHEELS

The Baifo Pro-Gofio 79mm is a high-performance race wheel born and tested on the steep, abrasive volcanic asphalt of the Canary Islands. Designed for top-tier downhill racing and high-speed freeride, the Pro-Gofio is engineered to provide maximum grip and heat resistance, making it a formidable competitor to industry giants like Seismic or Venom. It utilizes the "Gofio Speed Formula" to maintain momentum and offer a predictable hook-up even at terminal velocities.

Product Highlights

Massive 79mm Diameter: A large-scale race wheel designed to carry maximum top-end speed and roll over road imperfections with ease. Its size ensures that once you reach speed, you stay there.
Wide 71mm Contact Patch: Features an expansive, square-lipped profile that provides immense "skin-on" grip, allowing you to rail corners with confidence without the fear of washing out.
Gofio Speed Formula: A proprietary high-rebound urethane compound specifically tuned for durability on the world's most abrasive pavement. It resists "chunking" and manages heat buildup during long, technical descents.
Available Durometers:
- 74a (White): The ultra-grippy option, ideal for cold weather, rougher roads, or when maximum traction is required.
- 76a (Blue): A slightly firmer option that offers a bit more roll speed and a smoother, more predictable release into slides on smoother pavement.
Centerset Core: The core is placed in the center of the wheel, ensuring even wear and allowing you to flip the wheels to prolong their lifespan and maintain a consistent feel.
Flesh-Heavy Design: Built with a thick "urethane depth," providing a plush ride and excellent vibration dampening for high-speed cruising or racing.
