Super Nice Helmet
I'm surprised how nice this helmet looks, feels, and how light it feels on your head!
It's super light, and quite comfortable to wear because of how much vision you got and the weight.
I measured my head to be 57 CM and ordered a size M and it fits very snug and nice, I will admit for some people this could feel a bit too snug because you cannot move your mouth too much without feeling ' resistance/lack of room' from the helmet, but again, it's meant for protection, so I rather have a helmet that is a bit more snug than loose.
I highly recommend this helmet, it's super nice.
I'm new to longboards, but got this one for my birthday! it rides very nice and smoothly, and I love it very much.
It is one of the best site en dear boards are amazing
A bit steep of a price here in Europe but this board is really amazing!
I needed to just tighten the trucks a wee bit, they came to loose but now it does ride like a dream.
The bushings will also make a squeaking noise for some time before they adjust, this is completely normal!
After some skating, it rides smooth like I'm cruising with butter on my wheels, that good!
The board is no so small as it looks like. Certainly smaller than a popsicle/longboard shape but you're still gonna have plenty of space for your feet.
The kicktail feels just so good and makes cruising really easier. Tricks are also doable with the board, just need to get the hang of it.
I'm overall really pleased!
And Sickboards did an amazing job with packaging and shipping :)
these wheels are perfect to learn how to slide even at slow speeds, also good for cruising around the city
Cool, Stiff, Fun, Practical
I bought this deck to build up a complete. I find it to be very responsive and comfortable for my size 44 feet. Not too aggressive concave. It's quite stiff, but I think that's normal for boards of this size. Added 149mm Paris trucks, wedged risers and Powell 69mm Snakes, to create a wiggly little machine. The handle draws a lot of positive attention and is genuinely useful in an urban setting. Gripping it was easy even for me being a novice at it.
This is a fantastic board all parts seems like really nice quality and sturdy enough to take on rough challenges and can ride almost all terrain.
Being 34 of age and decided to pick up skating this board is just a crazy good beginner board to cruise around on. The bigger wheels and overall more weight making it harder to lift and therefore harder to make tricks with its certainly doable.
I bought this board as my first trick board and guess I had no clue about part quality. The board and trucks are solid.
After 15min of riding I noticed bobbles in the griptape(Is this normal? tried to squeeze the air out with my fingers hope it stays on).
2 of the wheels where screwed so tight they had a hard time spining 2 rounds, good I ordered a tool to fix it.
The wheels and bearings quality is nothing to brag about, it works, but compared to other boards I regret making this buy for the price. Coming from a 15€ toy store board. This is not worth the price tag of 94.95€.
I just started riding cruiser boards 3 weeks ago and where amazed with the quality on the complete boards, this is not in the same league.
Never goin'back to 70mm
First of, the service is superb - order got in fast, packed and delivered even faster than advertised.
Now, the wheels... If you haven't had a chance to roll on bigger wheels, the change of feel is drastic. To kick it off, I'm 198cm and nearly 100kgs. Jumping straight on it from 70mm to 85mm wheels just feels right. Yes, you do lose a bit of acceleration, and you have to kick up your pedalin' game a bit, but DAMN is it worth every push - with new ceramics on, them Coocoomongas are like knife through butter. And then comes the fun part - you don't lose momentum - few pushes and it feels like you gonna go forever. Caution though, if you about to hit the hills,as them babbies are super fast. There's a hill nearby my house that I like to hit often, and with 70mms on, it's alright, you can manage the speed, even seems slow at times. Was I not prepared for hitting the same hill with Coocas - halfway, where it kicks up to speed, my legs started shakin', as I understood that if I'd need to bail, next thing I'd have would be broken bones.
So yeah, I wonder if my shorter mates will dig those, but it's a must have for tall riders.
Die Achse ist der Hammer und mit 90mm wheels wertet das mein Tan Tien Board auf. So macht Longboarden erst richtig Spaß.
