What is the difference between 137-143-149-155 a 125-131-137-143 hanger? What do these numbers mean?

those are the width they are space able at so the distance between the wheel (where the bearing sits in the wheel) in mm so adjustable from 125mm to 143mm or 137mm to 155mm
