Return, Damage or Warranty


After we have received the product, we will refund the money. This can take 1 to 5 business days.

After purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during 100 days. The cooling off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product or a pre-designated representative by the consumer made known to the entrepreneur.

Please use this form when returning a product.


During the cooling-off period the consumer shall treat the product and the package carefully. He shall unpack or use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original conditioning and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions of the entrepreneur. 

More specifically:

- Complete Skateboards must be in the original condition in which we sent them to you. (Clean, not ridden and no scratches)

- Decks must not be mounted or altered in any matter.

- Wheels must be in the original condition that we sent to you.

- Trucks must not be mounted or altered in any matter.

- Articles must be returned with the original packaging intact.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you (the customer) must inform us (Sickboards) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). 

If you want to return a product please file in the return form, include it in the package or email us a digital form of it, and send the package with a delivery service of your choice to Maanweg 24 2516AA Den Haag The Netherlands

If you received a damaged item, please contact us at with some pictures of the problem

Yes, the shipping has to be paid by you. If the item will be swapped, we will ship you back the swapped item at our expense.

For returning a product you will have to pay the shipping cost.

If you want your item to be swapped for another item, we will ship the swap item back to you at our expenses.

If your item arrived with some damage, it's broken or defective, please get in contact with us at and provide us with some picture or a video, so we can check the problem. 

It is possible to change add or delete items from the order.
